(A) The immunoblot was reacted with affinity purified anti-AQP2 and reveals 29 kDa and 35-50 kDa AQP2 bands, representing non-glycosylated and glycosylated forms of AQP2. (B) Densitometric analysis demonstrated a decrease in AQP2 expression in CRF-V and CRF-C, compared with sham-operated control rats (Sham). ^*p<0.05 when CRF-V or CRF-C was compared with sham-operated control rats.
