(B) Internal diameter/pressure relationships in cerebral arteries during maximal dilation with EGTA and sodium nitroprusside (passive diameter) in 6-month-old nontransgenic, TgNotch3^WT, and TgNotch3^R169C mice. Passive diameters were significantly less in TgNotch3^R169C mice compared with both nontransgenic and TgNotch3^WT mice.
