Plotted over time from video onset, on a frame-by-frame basis, is the proportion of trials for which participants fixated the path-endpoint component of the event minus the proportion of trials participants fixated the manner component. Results are largely negative (biased toward Manner looks) because looks to the Path-endpoint constituted looks to the empty region where the endpoint object would have been if it had been present (e.g., where the snowman had been in the bounded event condition).
