Comparison of expression levels and knockdown efficiencies for selected TFs common to THP-1 and HepG2 cells. In our previous study, human hepatoma cell line HepG2 was used to construct a Matrix RNAi experimental system for TRN analysis [7]. The Matrix RNAi data for nine TF genes (HNF4G, CEBPD, PPARA, PPARD, PPARG, RARA, RARG, RXRA and RXRB) was used to depict the two types of perturbation networks.
