(B) Preincubation test: 200 ng of p601 polynucleosomes were preincubated with remodelers for 2 h, then spiked with 200 ng of p601/Pst@75 polynucleosomes for 30 min (‘+Pre-incub.’). ‘−Pre-incub.’: remodelers and both templates were added together and incubated for 30 min.
