Tagless N. gonorrhoeae PriB is enriched in the nickel-NTA agarose pulldown fraction only in the presence of His-tagged N. gonorrhoeae PriA (B) N. gonorrhoeae PriA (open circles) and E. coli PriA (closed circles) were serially diluted and incubated with FITC-labeled N. gonorrhoeae PriB as described in the ‘Materials and Methods’ section. Measurements are reported in triplicate and error bars represent 1 SD of the mean.
