Effect of mecamylamine on food-reinforced lever responses. In the test sessions conducted 30 min after s.c. administration of mecamylamine, responses at the active lever resulted in delivery of food pellets and presentation of the visual cue, whereas responding at the inactive lever had no consequence. The number of responses was presented as the mean±SEM in each group (n=8).
