Effects of FKB-37 on cytokine production in U937 cells stimulated with FKB-27 or LPS-27 and compared to the effects of LPS-37. U937 cells were stimulated with FKB-27 (□) at 3 × 105/ml or LPS-27 (•) at 1 ng/ml in the presence of FKB-37 or LPS-37 supplemented 1 h prior to stimulation. The cytokine levels in the culture supernatants were determined by ELISA. The data are presented as the means ± standard errors for triplicate samples.
