IL-6 released from PP CD11c+ cells. MACS-separated CD11c+ cells (5 × 104 cells/well) were stimulated with recombinant L. casei cells (bacteria/CD11c+ cell ratios, 20, 10, and 5) (a) or culture supernatant (5%, 0.5%, and 0.05% diluted in RPMI 1640 medium) (b).
