Double mixing experiments showing spectral changes upon mixing CYP153A6 (~15.8 μM before mixing) with mCPBA (300 μM mCPBA before mixing) at pH 8.0, 25 C in the first mix, and ascorbic acid (20 mM final concentration) in the second mix (age time 38.5 ms).
