mCPP (0.15 mg/kg, IP) did not elicit a significant effect. DPAT (0.1 mg/kg, SC) produced mild hindlimb activation (p < 0.05).

mCPP blocked this DPAT effect in the SEV rats (p < 0.05), but not the MOD rats.
