NSC 676914 inhibits translocation o f NF-κB (p65, RelB, p50) from cytoplasm to nucleus. HEK293 cells were stimulated with TPA (10 ng/ml) for 18 hours after pretreatment either with various concentrations of NSC 676914 or DMSO for 1h. Nuclear and cytoplasmic fractions were separated for immunoblot. A, p65 (RelA) and RelB. PCNA was used as loading control for nucleus and α-tubulin for cytoplasm.
