Three human breast cancer cell lines, MDA-MD-231, T47D, and MCF-7 were distributed in BD Biocoat matrigel invasion chamber and invasion activity was stimulated by TPA (10 ng/ml) for 48 hours after pretreatment with NSC 676914 or DMSO for 1h. Only invasive cells can digest the matrix and move through the chambers.
