The antioxidant capacity was measured before and after albumin incubation with sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) and hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) for 10 minutes and exposure to UV light for 15 seconds. The Antioxidant Capacity Accumulated (ACA %) appears above the bars. RS values correspond to ACA%-100 as specified in the Material and Methods section.
