The name of each recombinant virus, the parent virus from which it was constructed, and the ORF present at each locus (UL11 or UL35) are indicated. The acylation state of the UL11-variant is also indicated. “KOS” and “KOSBAC” are genetically identical, except for the absence or presence of the bacterial artificial chromosome, respectively.
