Mob1A localization at kinetochore is lost in the absence of Aurora B activity. GFP-Mob1A–expressing HeLa cells were treated with 200 nM nocodazole for 3 h and then released into DMSO (A–D) or 5 μM ZM477439 (E–H) for an additional 30 min.
