Dasatinib inhibits B lymphoma growth in vivo. Dasatinib significantly reduced the splenic B lymphoma burden in CBA/N (Xid) mice. Female CBA/N (Xid) mice were injected intravenously with 7 × 106 BKS-2 B lymphoma cells on day 0. From day 1, mice were injected intraperitoneally either with drug (dasatinib) or vehicle (1 × PBS, 10% DMSO) everyday for 14 days.
