(F) Primary invasive colon adenocarcinoma, stage T3/4. (G) Primary invasive colon adenocarcinoma metastatic to the lymph nodes, and (H) primary invasive colon adenocarcinoma metastatic to distant organs, with both (G) and (H) showing a very intense staining pattern.
