Peptides F2-5 and MSP2 P1 were tested at 1 and 10 μg per ml. Results are shown as stimulation index calculated as mean CPM of triplicate cultures of peptide F2-5 peptide/mean CPM of triplicate cultures with medium. Responses significantly greater than those to medium and negative control peptide MSP2 P1 (P<0.05) are bolded.
