iNOS expression induced by IFN-γ and 1,25-D3 involves NF-κB or the ERK1/2 pathway. (A~C) MDMs were pre-incubated with IFN-γ, 1,25-D3, or both for 18 h with or without L-NMMA or L-NAME.
