Effect of GL on formation of MDA and carbonyls in the brains of mice treated with MPTP
Mice were treated with MPTP (30 mg/kg) and GL (16.8 mg/kg) for 5 days. Amounts of MDA and carbonyls in tissue homogenates of BDM, cortex and cerebellum were quantified as described in Methods.
