Effect of iPLA₂ inhibition on incorporation of ¹³C-18:2 into (¹³C-18:2)(18:2)₃CL. Myocytes from either (A) nonHF or (B) HF SHHF rat hearts were incubated with ¹³C-18:2 following 30 min preincubation with 10 μM BEL. Cells were harvested at select time points and (¹³C-18:2)(18:2)₃CL was quantified and expressed as a fraction of total CL.
