Levels of hVPS41 protein expression in SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells stably transfected with hVPS41. Fig. 2A is the representative immunoblot showing the expression of hVPS41 in the two cell lines used for the majority of the experiments described in this study. Fig. 2B is the representative immunoblot which illustrates a number of additional stably transfected cell lines, demonstrating variable levels of hVPS41 expression. Several of these additional lines were used in confirmatory studies, as indicated in the text.
