A. Statistical analysis. Mean±SEM amplitude of faradaic currents recorded from the hippocampus in response to dorsal raphe stimulation was lower in untreated and saline-treated post-SE animals, than in respective naïve subjects, thus indicating compromised raphe-hippocampal serotonergic transmission.
