DC_{Ad.Neu+Ad.mIL-15+Ad.mIL-15Rα} vaccination of BALB-neuT mice significantly delayed or prevented the onset of mammary tumors. Groups (n =10) of 12-week-old female BALB-neuT mice received four weekly subcutaneous injections of 1 × 10⁶ DC_Ad.Neu, DC_{Ad.Neu+Ad.mIL-15}, DC_{Ad.Neu+Ad.mIL-15Rα}, DC_{Ad.Neu+Ad.mIL-15+Ad.mIL-15Rα}, DC_{Ad.mIL-15+Ad.mIL-15Rα} or DC_Ad.null. Mice were examined twice weekly for the formation of mammary tumors.
