The values in each of the following columns- BR1 Cntl, BR1 OE, BR2 Cntl, BR2 OE, represent the difference of the (log base 2) average response from PP5(H304Q) and (WT-PP5) (i.e. average PP5(H304Q) response – average (WT-PP5) response). If the average difference (within each biological replicate) going from the control (Cntl) to the overexpressed (OE) condition increases then the regulation is up, if the average difference from the control to the OE condition decreases then the regulation is down.
