Frequency of dendritic cells (DCs) in the labial salivary glands from a patient with primary Sjögren's syndrome (SS) during the disease time–course. We examined immunohistochemical staining of biopsied specimens from 11 cases of primary SS with anti-fascin monoclonal antibody (mAb) and counted both fascin-positive cells and total mononuclear cells (MNCs) per 100 × 100 µm at least five fields of view (magnification × 100) per each sample.
