Differentiation pattern of mESCs inoculated into an 8 mL bioreactor at days 4, 6, and 10. Oct-4 staining was used to reveal undifferentiated mESCs. Differentiation markers used were Foxa2 for endoderm, Nestin for ectoderm, ASMA for cardiac and vascular mesoderm, and class III β-Tubulin for postmitotic neurons.
