Neurons were conducted under constitutive and depolarization secretion conditions. All collected media were subjected for quantification of pro-BDNF with an ELISA developed in our laboratory. B, experiment was performed in the same conditions as above except that neurons were transfected with the pro-BDNF plasmid.
