Comparison of vascular leakage in mesenteric postcapillary venules in three groups of female rats: control = non-pregnant female animals (n = 5); normal pregnant (NP) rats (n = 9); pregnant animals administered DOCA and saline (PDS) (n = 9). NP rats showed leakage of dye at 80–90 min (p < 0.05).
