Data are fit to a pseudo-first-order rate expression as described in Materials and Methods. Conditions in (a): 0.1 μM oligonucleotide, 50 μM aquated cisplatin, 100 mM NaNO3, 1 mM Mg(NO3)2, and 5 mM TEA (pH 7.8) at 37 °C.
