The cells transfected with ROMK1 + c-Src + dynaminK44A/vector were treated with PAO for 15 min followed by biotin labeling at 4 °C. The ROMK1 proteins were harvested by immunoprecipitation (IP) of cell lysate with GFP antibody. The membrane fraction of ROMK1 was detected with neutravidin (left panel), and the total ROMK1 proteins were identified with ROMK antibody (right panel). The data were normalized according to the total K+ channel protein level. IB, immunoblotting.
