Real-time PCR analysis of Prdx6−/− LECs mRNA supplied with PRDX6 (TAT-HA-PRDX6) protein revealing attenuation of overactivation of Tm2β genes. Cells were cultured in the presence or absence of 10 μg/ml of recombinant TAT-HA-linked Prdx6 protein, as described previously (41).
