2.5×103 effector T cells were stimulated with CD3/28 beads at a 2∶1 bead: effector T cell ratio with or without the addition of Treg cells and percentage suppression calculated from three replicate wells. Comparison of the potency of Treg cells from controls versus patients to suppress a given population of allogeneic control effector cells in a paired analysis (N = 6) at two E∶T cell ratios of 1∶0.125 (A) and 1∶0.06 (B) respectively is shown.
