In 5-HT-constricted rings responses to bradykinin and isoprenaline were examined in the absence and presence of SB216641 (100 nM), GR127935 (1 µM) and BRL15572 (100 nM). Results are the means ± SEM from four to six experiments (number of arteries from different animals).
