Kinetics of the initial rate of reduction of cob(II)alamin using free dihydroflavins as the source of the electron in a coupled assay with LrPduO (A) and hATR (B). The concentration of FMNH2 in the reaction mixture needed to drive the reaction at half the maximal velocity was 0.8 ± 0.1 μm for LrPduO and 1.6 ± 0.2 μm for hATR.
