Channel properties of cytoplasmic domain deletion KcsA mutants

Chord conductances and open probabilities of full-length KcsA(E71A) and cytoplasmic domain deletion KcsA mutants were measured at 100 mV in a symmetrical solution containing 200 mm KCl and 10 mm Tris-MES, pH 4.0 (mean ± S.D., n = 3–9).
