A) For each platform, total number of unique probes and probe number perfectly re-mapped to the current version of the mouse coding sequence are indicated by the first and second bars, respectively. B) When re-grouped probe sets were mapped to NCBI Entre genes, 35,508 unique genes were included on one or multiple platforms. Over 60% of unique genes were commonly shared by all four platforms. C) Re-mapped probes were grouped intro probe sets which were uneven in size. Boxplots numbers from bottom upward indicate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quartiles of the number of probes in 12,783 probes sets common to all platforms.
