Consistent upregulation of steroid biosynthesis is seen across all four expression platforms. However, greater variability in overall pathway expression alterations is seen in cytochrome P450 metabolism, with a subset of pathway genes similarly down-regulated on all four platforms despite overall pathway upregulation. Arrows indicate individual genes driving inter-platform discrepancies in pathway-level expression. Colors and scale indicate the direction and magnitude of expression change of individual genes after treatment, where red was up-regulated, green was down-regulated, black was unchanged, and white was unavailable.
