Mice were injected two or three times, at 2-week intervals with 2.5-μg of peptide as a conjugate, and bled 1 week after the last injection: 152 vs. 71, P = 0.01; 109 vs. 12, P < 0.001; 71 vs. 12, P = 0.001.
