Ranges in values of oxidative modifications observed in MnSOD and catalase from epithelial cell brushings from mild asthmatic subjects. The numbers are normalized to the content of the precursor amino acid (mmol oxidation product/mol precursor tyrosine or phenylalanine), which is monitored within the same injection.
