The 104 genes increased exclusively in monocytes activated by CE_sHUT ([CE_sHUT]) and the 168 genes increased exclusively in monocytes activated by CE_sHUT in the presence of HDL ([CE_sHUT + HDL]) were subjected to IPA analysis. The table displays the number of genes related to inflammation. The significance is expressed as range of p values based on Fisher's exact test.
