Mobility of intracellular CB1R-GFP puncta in an astrocyte.

A cell from Figure 2(A) expressing full length CB1R appended by GFP at its C terminus (CB1R-GFP). CB1R-GFP puncta were imaged and tracked. Both long-distance and short range tracks can be observed (see also Figure 2). Directional and non directional traffic is evident (see also Figure 3). The time lapsed movie was acquired at a rate of 1.5 frame/s with a duration of 40 s (60 frames) and it was compressed to a 10 s movie. Image size (2:1 pixel swapping), 147.6 μm×110.2 μm.
