Changes in intracellular Ca2+ concentration in B6 treated cells. After treatment with B6 for 24 h, cells were collected and incubated at 37°C with Fluo-3. The intracellular Ca2+ concentration was measured by flow cytometry. CICCP was used as a positive control to validate the measurement of intracellular Ca2+ release.
