Double staining using peanut agglutinin (PNA; green) and anti-Ret-PCP2 (magenta). Peanut agglutinin highlights the blue cone pedicles more brightly (brackets) than the other pedicles. These pedicles did not receive Ret-PCP2-stained dendrites.
