Comparison of VWF115 and VWF106 proteolysis by ADAMTS13 and ADAMTS13-RYY. ADAMTS13 or ADAMTS13-RYY, 2nM, was incubated with 10μM VWF115 (top) or VWF106 (bottom) substrate at 37°C. At the time points indicated samples were taken, reactions stopped with EDTA, and analyzed on SDS-PAGE. Cleavage products of VWF115 (10 and 7 kDa) and VWF106 (10 and 6 kDa) are indicated.
