The number of viable cells compared to untreated cells did not change when RGC-5 cells were treated with K252a, K252b, K252c, or PKC-412 at 100 nM, 316 nM, or 1 μM concentrations. The percentage of viable cells decreased slightly when cells were treated with 1 μM staurosporine (SS) (84.4 ± 4.6%, p = 0.007), 316 nM UCN-01 (86.6 ± 3.6%, p = 0.002), or 1 μM UCN-01 (83.6 ± 3.7%, p = 0.0006).
