Using conventionally scored data we found that WT and OXKO mice spend similar percent time in states of wake, NREM sleep, and REM sleep for the 12 hour Light and Dark periods; in contrast to OXKO mice, WT mice did not spend any time in cataplexy. These findings are consistent with prior reports.¹⁰
