HeLa cells were transfected with control (ctrl) or Scyl1 inhibitory miRNAs that were driven from a plasmid that also expresses emGFP. The cells were subsequently fixed and processed for indirect immunofluorescence with antibodies against TGN46 (red) and GM130 (blue).
