Histological characterization of BALB/c-Trp53^+/− mammary lesions. Mammary lesions from BALB/c-Trp53^+/− mice showed diverse histological features including intraepithelial neoplasia (MIN, V05, A) ductal adenocarcinoma (V03, B) adenocarcinoma with acinar morphology (V23, C) adenocarcinoma with squamous differentiation (V01, D) carcinosarcoma (V08, E) solid sheets of tumors with little stroma (V26, F) adenocarcinoma with strong stromal reaction (V13, G) and adenocarcinoma with spindle cell feature (V28, H).
